Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tailored AM ("the Service"), operated by Tailored AM ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Tailored AM is a subscription service that generates personalized daily audio briefings using artificial intelligence. Episodes are generated from publicly available news sources and delivered to your podcast app via a private RSS feed.

You understand that episode content is AI-generated and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Tailored AM is not a news organization and does not editorially review content before delivery. Do not rely on Tailored AM as your sole source of news or financial information.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account or private RSS feed URL with others — each subscription is for a single user.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Tailored AM offers three plans: Free, Basic, and Premium. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All prices are in US dollars.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Founding Member rates are locked for the lifetime of your subscription — if you cancel and resubscribe, the founding rate is no longer guaranteed

Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service at no charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to generate content for redistribution or commercial purposes beyond personal use
• Share your private RSS feed URL publicly or with multiple users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

Intellectual Property

The Tailored AM name, brand, and software are our intellectual property. The AI-generated episode content delivered to your account is licensed to you for personal use only. News content sourced from third-party RSS feeds remains the property of the original publishers.

Service Availability

We aim to deliver your episode before your scheduled delivery time each weekday. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasionally episodes may be delayed or unavailable due to third-party service outages, API limitations, or maintenance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days notice and pro-rate any unused subscription period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that episode content is accurate, complete, or current. Financial information, health information, and news content in episodes should not be relied upon for any important decision without independent verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailored AM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
